Name a crater!

How many of you heard of a place called mars? Please a show of hands? Now how many have heard we are trying to find out if Mars is livable. Raise your hands again. Okay dumb questions I know because everybody has heard about both of those questions. But what if I told you, that you can now buy a crater on mars. Yes, I said it a crater. Let me go a little in detail for you guys and girls .
A space-education project called "Uwingo"announced Wednesday a project to raise $10 million in grants for space research and education by selling naming rights to half a milion craters on Mars.
How much does a crater cost you ask. We'll a small crater can range all the way to 5$. Where the larger ones can range all the way to 500.00 buckaroos.

Helpful Steps on cellphone picture taking

1.stand still
Hold your phone with two hands and rest your elbows on your chest. Stabilize yourself against a nearby wall. The nicer your camera the easier it is to get a sharp image BUT, even the older models can get fine results if you're careful. Some people are born with a steady hand and some "like me" have to work at it. Stop walking, stand still, concentrate.

2.look for the light (unless you have an iphone 5s)
The most important factor to combat subject blur is light. The brighter the light, the better your shutter will be able to stop the motion. If you want sharper, less blurry pictures move to a place with good, natural lighting. Period. Especially with the limited settings on a phone camera it's really the only option you have to instantly improve the quality and combat shutter lag. If you really really need to capture your kid jumping around the living room at 8pm go for it, but know ahead of time that you're going to compromise your picture. The reason I put if you have an iphone 5s is because these phones have a new sensor that allows you to take pictures in the dark. Now I don't mean pitch black but if you took it right at dark you would be fine.

3.Learn your camera
Some cameras always go dark, some always go light, some hang to the left and suck on Mondays . Your camera is a unique individual, Learning the specific quirks of your phone/camera allows you to take better pictures because you're tuned in to what's going on.

4.Take many for that perfect 1
On today's digital cameras you aren't going to wear out the shutter. It's okay to take 25 pictures just to get 1 you like. Take 25. Take 100 different angles. Most importantly delete all of them except the best
Scan through them and pick out the one that best captures the moment and isn't blurry and save it. You don't need 45 pictures of the environment if you have one that actually looks great. Moment = captured, storage space = saved

I hope this kinda helps you with taking pictures with your phone so you yourself can look like a professional.

Notice anything different on your IOS Facebook app? Facebook posted a tiny 7.0 update for the iOS app with a change  that simply read ‘bug fixes.' But as it turns out, the update was more significant than that,as it activated a feature the company is testing on iOS right now called "Highlights"The feature is currently available to  iOS users, in a new People tab that is also in testing (replaces the Requests tab), and it offers a sum of recent life events from your friends and family.

"Flying cyrus" wtf kinda game!

Boy oh boy do I have an app review for you guys this evening. I was surfing the App Store and looked at the top charts section "free side" and what's at the top in the number 1 position, "Floating Cyrus".Of course being the wanna try new things guy I am , I downloaded it and let me tell you wtf was I thinking. Please let me explain.
Oh "flappy birds" how I miss you! Now that "flappy birds" is gone, I have been seeing all these knock offs lately and played a few some good some bad. I then come across this game "floating Cyrus" and man does it take the cake of wtf. Instead of a gummy lip, flying fish bird thing you get, yep!, you guessed it a tounge sticking out Miley Cyrus. Now you navigate the spawn of satan head , I mean Miley's head the same way you did the bird fish. Simply tap on the screen but this time instead of navigating thru pipes you are navigating thru a wrecking ball and hammer. Yay! Sounds fun right? wrong. This game is pathetic and the sounds have been totally ripped off from the tap on screen sound, sounding like the flappy bird flying sound to going thru the hammer and wrecking ball successful coin sound. The tapping feature is buggy and not smooth at all and will have you singing "I came in like a wrecking ball" because you literally will always hit it.

I'm done talking about this game But I'm not going to fully bash this it .The game does have 1 pro to it and that's  the graphics, they are alright and will make you laugh out loud a bit. So there you happy? I'm not all Scrooge on this game. But take my warning and avoid this game if possible. You will thank me I promise.
    I give this game a 2 out of 5

Facebook buys another app!

Facebook has agreed to buy the "what's app" for an astonishing amount of 19 billion dollars. They are giving the creators 12 billion in stock, 4 billion in cash, and 3 billion in restricted stock. Facebook has made this a trend lately with 3rd party apps. Here is a statement made by the developers of the what's app

“Here’s what will change for you, our users: nothing.

WhatsApp will remain autonomous and operate independently. You can continue to enjoy the service for a nominal fee. You can continue to use WhatsApp no matter where in the world you are, or what smartphone you’re using. And you can still count on absolutely no ads interrupting your communication.

Apple patents fitness headphones

Apple is in the news again and this time it's trying to get in the health and fitness market. They have gotten the approval to start making head phones that track your heart beat, your calorie count, and your body's temperature. The headphone will feature sensors that wrap around the band to track everything. There are talks about the  headphone might be smart enough to motivate you after a hard work out to finish strong and if your jogging up hill will automatically play your favorite workout song. I look to hear more about these headphones in the coming months and defiantly plan on getting a pair. Here is a picture of the latest concept which shows all sensor points.

Paper review

Facebook has it's new iPhone app called Paper. Unlike Facebook’s existing smartphone app, which is very we'll   functional, and the mobile experience of Facebooks home this one looks beautiful and easy to use.Paper looks like a cross between your existing Facebook news feed and a news reader app, with both status updates from friends and developing news stories. The app uses buttons and menus in favor of simple swiping gestures. Instead of the standard news feed you see large images that you can tilt your phone to reveal more of, auto-playing videos, and status updates that fill the display. You are encouraged to use content from outside of Facebook without leaving Paper, by choosing categories of online media you’d like to see in addition to your usual news feed. Each of those categories such as food, photography, sports, and science and technology can be read thru like a paperless magazine. A number of other features makes it clearer than ever and Facebook understands the needs of branching out as it ages.If it wants to continue growing and keep the users it already has, it needs to find more ways for them to engage with the social network. This app is a must try for anyone with Facebook and loves real news in their news feed!!

I give it a 5 out of 5

Iphone 6 update!!

Twitterrific 5 review

Have you been on the lookout for a twitter app that gives you a customization, font adjuster, and an easy to use interface. Well look no further twitteriffic 5 is here and here to stay.
Twitteriffic 5 offers so much compared to the standard twitter app. Example twitter you can not change themes, fonts, and interface, twitteriffic however does and boy does it. With around 7 different scripts to make your tweets and 4 different letter sizes. Twitteriffic offers for every eye group. There are 2 different themes to choose from, a dark and light theme.the interface is the simplest and smoothest I have used. And the rich script and pictures makes it simply beautiful. To access your profile all you have to do is touch your little circle picture in the top left portion of the screen. Many many pros but there are a few cons.
There are 2 major complaints I have. First complaint I wish you could tap the news feed button and have it take you to the most recent tweet in your timeline but instead you have to scroll with your finger which really takes to long. The second complaint would have to be that you can't adjust your home screen to what you want it I would like the permission to add the favorite button to my home screen for quick access. But many of the pros out weigh the cons.
Overall twitteriffic is the app to have if you are a frequent twitter user like myself and with a clean and simple interface that pops out  And for .99 cents its totally worth a check out.

I give it 4.5 out of
